We are beyond excited to announce that one of our own, a BodyFit babe who has been taking classes with us for years, will be joining the studio as a yoga instructor this September! Join Emily on Sundays at 8:30 AM and on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, starting September 2, 2018.
Emily began practicing Power Vinyasa and Bikram yoga in 2012 as a compliment to her regular Pilates practice and became hooked. As a Pilates and Barre fanatic (thanks Taryn and Ashley!) and devoted runner, she was amazed at how yoga not only improved her athletic performance and flexibility, but also helped her be more mindful and less stressed at work and home. 5 years later, she decided to complete a 200 hour yoga alliance certification to share the great benefits she received from yoga with others, while deepening her own practice. Emily’s classes are energetic and fun based on the principles of Vinyasa flow, integrating movement with breath, while balancing physical challenge and restorative work that works for your body. Emily loves being creative with her flows and classes are always new and fresh. Be ready to challenge your mind and body, have fun, and deepen your mind-body connection!
